LES TWINS WIN ‘WORLD OF DANCE’ SEASON 1 TAKING HOME $1 MILLION PRIZE!

NBC’s World of Dance closed out its first season on Tuesday night, with the $1 million prize going to French dancing duo Les Twins.

The identical twins, Larry Nicolas and Laurent Bourgeois, performing gravity-defying moves, beat back stiff competition from runners-up, Eva Igo and Swing Latino.

The elated winners spoke emotionally earlier in the show about wanting to win for their mother whom they credited with supporting them in pursuing their dreams.

Judges Ne-Yo, Jennifer Lopez and Derek Hough were blown away by the talented pair, marveling at their near-synchronized dancing and infectious energy.

An elated Lopez later tweeted her praise, writing, “CONGRATS TO #LESTWINS!!!! So proud proud of every single dancer on this show. THANK YOU for such an amazing first season. See you next year!!”
