Hollywood heavyweight and beauty Cameron Diaz continues to peel back the layers in the quest to understand aging with grace in her latest book, “The Longevity Book: the science of aging, the biology of strength, and the privilege of time.” Out this April, the tome follows Diaz’s New York Times bestselling effort, “The Body Book.”
Diaz’s continuing curiosity about the human form, how and why it ages, and the role lifestyle plays in the whole equation is delved into more deeply in “The Longevity Book.”
Sharing the book’s cover with her 2 million Instagram followers, the 43 year-old star offered up a message to her fans, referring to the cover, “As soon as I saw it myself, I wanted to share with you the cover of The Longevity Book. I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging — how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom.”
Diaz has been an advocate for healthy living from the inside out, sharing her experiences in the entertainment industry and what she has learned over the years with her fans. Aging with grace is the goal, and Diaz appears to be practicing what she preaches.
“The Longevity Book” comes out on April 5.
